KP Green Engineering Limited has received Advance Work Orders aggregating ₹819 crore (including GST) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India enterprise, under the 4G Saturation Project / BOP-BIP, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The first Advance Work Order, valued at ₹483 crore (including GST), pertains to Cluster C, covering the Maharashtra Circle and Goa. The second Advance Work Order, valued at ₹336 crore (including GST), relates to Cluster J, encompassing Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
Under both Advance Work Orders, the scope of work includes the supply and erection of Ground-Based Towers (GBT), execution of allied telecom infrastructure as an Infrastructure as a Service Provider (IaaSP), and operation and maintenance (O&M) of the sites for an initial period of five years, extendable by an additional five years, in accordance with BSNL’s technical specifications and project requirements.
This order win represents the largest contract secured by KP Green Engineering to date and marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory. The contracts substantially enhance the company’s executable order book, strengthen its position in the telecom infrastructure and EPC segment, and highlight its capability to execute large-scale, complex, and geographically diverse government and public sector projects.
The development further reinforces KP Green Engineering’s role in supporting India’s nationwide digital connectivity and telecom infrastructure expansion under government-led initiatives.
